Meet the Shepherds

The Shepherds, what Northview calls its Elders, are a group of men who serve as the overseeing leadership team of the church. (1 Timothy 3:1-13) They are elected by church members to a 3-year term, and then are required to take one year off before being re-elected.  These men are unpaid (with the exception of Don Keehner, our Senior Minister, who is considered a paid Shepherd) and passionate about Northview's values, mission, and vision.
