GENERATION CHANGE - STUDENT CLASS

Facilitator: Craig Callahan / Wayne Capek
Cost: $ 10 For Grades: 8-12
Everyday our youth are bombarded with a million different voices -- everything from billboards to internet ads -- telling them who they are and measuring their worth by what they have. The pressure to be accepted in today's stuff-centered world drives them, and perhaps even their parents, to throw money away on things that don't matter - all an attempt to "be somebody". The result? We're raising a generation that spends money they don't have to buy things they don't need to impress people they don't even like! Its time for a change.
