This team prepares and distributes clothing to needy members of our community.

Children's Ministry

This ministry includes nursery, preschool classes, Children's Worship, as well as activities and games. Annual events include VBS, hayride & cookout, kite flying, summer camps, and much more.

Communications Team

This ministry is in charge of all print and web communications, as well as marketing, public relations, and more. Volunteers are needed for everything from desktop publishing to web design to stuffing envelopes.

Connections Cafe

As part of the Guest Services Ministry, the Cafe makes sure everyone who attends Northview has a place to relax and enjoy refreshments during their stay.

Cookie Ministry

Volunteers sign up to either bake or deliver home-made cookies to 1st-time visitors to Northview.

Decision Ministry

Members of this ministry team aid with baptisms and membership transfers. They also follow-up with people who have made decisions to ensure they get plugged into ministry at Northview.

Facilities Ministry

The facilities ministry team, and volunteers whom they recruit, is in charge of maintaining our building and grounds.

Greeter Ministry

This team greets everyone who attends Northview on Sunday morning, both at the exterior doors and entering the Worship Center.

Little Creations Ministry

This team sends cards and prays for expectant mothers, and prepares a Welcome basket when the baby is born.

Missions Ministry

Members of this ministry team oversee the distribution of funds to mission work done domestically and abroad. They also plan short-term mission trips for members of the congregation and help to train those members.

Sonshine School

A Christian Daycare for preschoolers and Kindergarteners, as well as before- and after-school care for children up to age 12. Please consult their brochure for more information.

Special Needs Ministry

This team works to meet the needs of our disabled members and their families.

Sports & Recreation Ministry

This team sets up activities for church members to participate in, such as basketball leagues, Euchre parties, ropes courses, and much more!

Student Ministry

The Student Ministry strives to show Christ to every student we encounter. It is divided into Middle School (6-8th grades) and High School (9-12th grades). With both ministries, our mission is five-fold: to encounter teens, and allow them to experience a relationship with other believers so that they may enter a relationship with Christ and be equipped with the tools to express their faith to others...for life. All of our programming is a reflection of that mission statement. Our programming is about reaching students on their level. Our events vary in meeting times, commitment levels, and depth of teaching. Our encounter events revolve around relationship and community building through the context of concerts, sporting events, and various lock-ins and hang-out times. Extreme, a weekly youth gathering, seeks to connect students to other students and adults in an experience that uses multimedia, drama, games, music, and relevant teaching to convey the Hope of Christ. Deeper Life groups, or D-teams, are weekly meetings that focus on equipping students live out their faith in everyday life. There are also various mission projects and ministry teams that help students see the joy of sharing their faith with others.

Welcome Center†

This ministry provides the congregation with information about upcoming events and activities, as well as welcoming guests to Northview. This ministry also staffs the Children's Check-In desk.

Worship Ministry
This team is made up of instrumentalists, vocalists, sound, lighting, and MediaShout technicians. They work to create and execute the Sunday morning worship services. Click HERE for a list of worship ministries.
